  • Passive Fire Protection carried out as part of the redevelopment of 3 No. Penthouse Apartments.
  • Penetration Sealing to M&E services including Partial Penetrations, separating wall constructions, shaft walls, cavity barriers and Linear Gap Seals to construction / movement joints.
  • Extensive compartmentation survey of the building.
